This Program is operated in the State of Missouri, USA.

Participation is limited to individuals 18 years of age or older.

2. Description of Services

The Mama Mastermind is a subscription-based mastermind community providing:

Group coaching

Live calls (recorded)

Worksheets

Trainings

Templates

Community discussion access

Accountability support

All services are delivered via GoHighLevel and related software platforms.

3. Payment Terms

Month-to-Month Subscription

Annual Subscription (paid in full)

No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the digital and community-based nature of this Program:

No refunds will be issued for any reason.

Failure to participate does not relieve payment obligation.

Removal due to violation of policies does not entitle you to a refund.

Cancellation Policy

Members must cancel prior to their next billing cycle.

If cancellation is not submitted before the billing date, the next payment will process and will not be refunded.

4. Confidentiality Clause

Due to the proprietary, personal, and business-sensitive nature of this mastermind:

You agree:

Not to share member discussions outside the community.

Not to disclose strategies, frameworks, or proprietary materials.

Not to reproduce discussions, recordings, or call content externally.

Violation of confidentiality may result in immediate removal without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials provided — including but not limited to:

Trainings

Worksheets

Templates

Recordings

Frameworks

Written content

Strategies

Are the sole intellectual property of The Mama Mastermind.

You may not:

Share login access

Download and redistribute materials

Repackage content

Sell, reproduce, or distribute materials in any format

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

6. Recording & Media Consent

By participating, you acknowledge:

Live calls are recorded.

Zoom calls are recorded.

Community discussions may be captured.

You grant The Mama Mastermind permission to:

Use testimonials

Share member wins

Use screenshots from calls

Use unblurred images where consent has been given prior to capture

Marketing use may include:

Website

Social media

Email marketing

Promotional materials

7. Community Conduct

The Mama Mastermind reserves the right to remove any member, without refund, for:

Harassment

Inappropriate behavior

Disrespectful communication

Self-promotion without permission

Breach of confidentiality

Disparagement of the Program or its members

8. Non-Disparagement Clause

Members agree not to:

Publicly or privately make false, misleading, or disparaging statements about The Mama Mastermind or its members.

9. Disclaimer — No Legal or Financial Advice

The Mama Mastermind provides educational and peer-support content only.

Nothing within this Program constitutes:

Legal advice

Financial advice

Tax advice

Medical advice

You are solely responsible for your business decisions, financial results, and outcomes.

10. Earnings Disclaimer

We make no guarantees regarding income, business growth, or financial results.

Individual circumstances

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Missouri law:

The Mama Mastermind shall not be liable for:

Indirect damages

Lost profits

Business losses

Emotional distress

Consequential damages

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the member in the prior 3 months.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.

13. Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute arising from participation shall be resolved through:

Arbitration shall be conducted under American Arbitration Association rules.
